🗓️ Book your newborn session within the first 2-3 weeks of birth for those sleepy newborn poses.
⏱️ Plan for a 2-3 hour session to allow plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and posing.
🌞 Newborn sessions are usually in the morning as I've found babies to be more settled at this time.
Feeding and Comfort 🍼
🥛 Make sure you bring EXTRA feeds to your session if bottle feeding.
👚 Dress your newborn in loose-fitting, easy-to-remove clothing to avoid marks on the skin.
🧴 Bring extra nappies, wipes, and a change of clothes for unexpected messes.
Posing Perfection 🧘♀️
🧣 Bring a dummy, even if your baby doesn't typically use one, to help with soothing during posing.
🧺 Pack any special, sentimental items or heirlooms you'd like included in the photos.

Tips for you in the studio 🏢
🌡️ Dress in layers as the studio will be kept warm for the baby's comfort.
💧 Stay hydrated and bring snacks for yourself and other family members.
📱 Charge your phone to capture behind-the-scenes video moments. ( I don't allow photos to be taken on your phone but you are welcome to take some behind the scenes videos - I'd love if you shared these with me.)
Final Touches 🎨
🛁 Give your newborn a bath the night before to help with hair and skin appearance.
💅 Trim your baby's nails to avoid scratches on their delicate skin.
👶 Bring any special outfits or accessories you'd like your baby to wear in photos.
